To use this online payment service, PayPal will charge you a convenience fee of 2.2% + $.30 transaction fee. This fee will show up as a separate charge on your bill and Botetourt County does not receive any of this fee.
Botetourt County operates municipal water and sewer systems primarily in the southern portion of the County. Municipal water and sewer systems are also operated in the Glen Wilton area and a municipal sewer system is operated in the Eagle Rock area. Private water companies operate throughout the County.
